1. Third-Party Purchases
- Amazon/Lulu Orders: Returns are handled by the respective platform. Contact Amazon Support or Lulu Support directly.
- Etsy Orders: Message us via Etsy’s platform for assistance.
2. Returns (Direct Purchases via Our Website)
- Eligibility:
- Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging.
- Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundable unless defective.
- Process:
- Email info@lashistoriasdelaciudad.com with “Refund Request” and order details.
- Return the product to our warehouse (address provided upon approval).
- Refunds (purchase price + original shipping) are processed within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3. Cancellations
- Physical Products: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Email “Cancel Order” to the address above.
- Digital Products: Non-cancelable once downloaded.
4. Exchanges
- Approved Only For: Defective/damaged items (must notify within 14 days of delivery).
- Process:

- Return the item at your expense (tracked shipping recommended).
- Replacement ships within 14 days of receipt.
5. Gifts
