1. Third-Party Purchases

  • Amazon/Lulu Orders: Returns are handled by the respective platform. Contact Amazon Support or Lulu Support directly.
  • Etsy Orders: Message us via Etsy’s platform for assistance.

2. Returns (Direct Purchases via Our Website)

  • Eligibility:
    • Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging.
    • Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Process:
    1. Email info@lashistoriasdelaciudad.com with “Refund Request” and order details.
    2. Return the product to our warehouse (address provided upon approval).
    3. Refunds (purchase price + original shipping) are processed within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. Cancellations

  • Physical Products: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Email “Cancel Order” to the address above.
  • Digital Products: Non-cancelable once downloaded.

4. Exchanges

  • Approved Only For: Defective/damaged items (must notify within 14 days of delivery).
  • Process:
    1. Email info@lashistoriasdelaciudad.com with “Exchange Request” and order details.
    2. Return the item at your expense (tracked shipping recommended).
    3. Replacement ships within 14 days of receipt.

5. Gifts

  • Store Credit Only: Gift returns within 14 days for store credit (valid 12 months). No cash refunds.
  • Digital Gifts: Non-returnable.

6. General Terms

  • Shipping: You cover return costs unless the item is defective.
  • Lost Returns: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Use tracked shipping.
